The fitness center was well-equipped and convenient.

My first room had an ant problem that wasn't resolved. The front desk staff's response was slow, and I ended up with a broken latch on my second room. I felt trapped when the door wouldn't open the next day, adding to my frustration.

This place suits me perfectly with its free wi-fi, fitness center, and laundry. I still remember how the staff helped me retrieve my forgotten earphones during my first stay. Highly recommend it for your city trip.

A warm welcome and a pool

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Our king room was spacious and bright, featuring ample electrical outlets. The indoor pool was a delightful surprise and provided a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, I loved having my morning Starbucks right in the hotel.

While our experience was mostly positive, the dining options were disappointing. Our first night, the food quality fell short of expectations, and the menu was quite limited. Service was also slow, which left us feeling neglected.

I loved how the indoor pool was bright and inviting, perfect for late-night swims, and getting my daily caffeine fix from the nearby café made mornings so much better. After a long day, it was a treat to unwind in the patio area to enjoy the fresh air. The only hitch was the limited food options in the hotel, but overall, I felt really at home here. 😊

Great spot for a getaway with friends! We loved the nearby shopping at Yorktown Center and explored Brookfield Zoo. The hotel was clean, had cozy rooms, and even offered a Starbucks in the lobby. Perfect for starting our mornings. Excellent value for the price too!

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable, definitely a plus after a long day. But the water pressure in the shower was really bad, and it felt a bit cramped and dark overall. One elevator at the end of the hallway could be annoying if you're carrying a lot of stuff. The AC worked great, though!
